无住,无得瑜伽法-李瑞强

读到一篇有关《金刚经》的浅解。文中提到「无住生活」,「无得而修」。
• 无住生活是要我们抱着一种生活态度:「犹如木人看花鸟,何妨万物假围绕」。且尽情地享受物资生活,但不执迷在这五欲六尘的外境。同样的在进行体位法时不助长酸麻涨痛而以「无住」的态度待之。
• 无得而修就是不执著於回报,成果。许多瑜伽体位法学习者急攻近利而造成许多身体伤害,这时不仁慈的。只顾努力模仿动作,身心没有合一,只是虚妄。能抱持「无得而修」勤奋,谦虚的学习态度亦是精神性的修为,体位法的进展会让你有惊喜,是全方位的良策。但记得又要「无住惊喜」哦!
